These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and wimbox ("Platform", "We" or "wimbox"). By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the wimbox platform.
Interpretation and Definitions
In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:
- "Platform" — refers to the wimbox website and all services provided on it.
- "Account" — a registered user profile that allows access to wimbox services.
- "Real Money" — actual funds deposited by the user into their account in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent.

- "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before a user is eligible to withdraw bonus funds.

Account Registration
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the wimbox platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Your full name as shown on your identity document (MyKad or passport).
- A valid and accurate date of birth.
- An active mobile number registered in Malaysia.
- A valid and reachable email address.
Information provided during registration must match the identity documents used during account verification and the withdrawal process.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the wimbox support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the wimbox platform are processed through approved payment methods. We support Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
Minimum Limits:
- Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
Withdrawal Processing Times:
Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is received, subject to completed account verification and compliance with the relevant wagering requirements.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
wimbox reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals that require further verification, including requests for identity documents or proof of the source of funds. This process is part of the platform's standard security measures.
Bonuses and Promotions
wimbox offers various types of bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be used within the set timeframe.
Welcome Bonus:
New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.
Calculation example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
- Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. Failure to meet the requirement within the set period will result in the bonus being cancelled.
VIP and Cashback Programme:
wimbox members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Tier advancement is based on betting activity and member loyalty to the platform.
wimbox reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account closure.
Game Rules
All games available on the wimbox platform are operated in accordance with international gambling industry standards. Users are required to understand the rules of each game before playing.

Prohibited Activities

- Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously.

- Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Account Closure and Suspension
Closure at User's Request:
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the wimbox support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.
Suspension by Wimbox:
Wimbox reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Suspected violation of the terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.
- Suspicious activity or activity that conflicts with anti-money laundering policies.
- Request from a competent authority.
Self-Exclusion:
